BENJAMIN N. ISRAEL - CO-FOUNDER AND CHAIR Benjamin Israel is a Co-Founder of Rahimi & Israel Law and Chair of its Workers’ Compensation Practice; dedicated to defending the interests of insurance carriers, and third party administrators. Mr. Israel specializes in handling Healthcare related Workers’ Compensation claims from the simplest matters to complex cases. With extensive experience handling claims involving nurses, CNAs, hospital staff, and other medical personnel, Mr. Israel understands the unique occupational risks and complex regulatory landscape of the health care industry, including claims involving repetitive stress and orthopedic injuries and alleged workplace safety violations. Mr. Israel has a reputation amongst his clients for settling files quickly and below authority. He has developed a distinctive discovery process to detect and focus on critical details during depositions of applicants and physicians, to mitigate clients’ exposure. His litigation experience makes him proficient in identifying claims that may evolve into a large loss file, and strategically advises clients when to pursue a quick, cost-effective resolution to reduce their liability.  Mr. Israel has represented clients before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout the State of California and tactically drafts various pleadings, petitions, and objections to protect the client’s interests. Additionally, he makes it makes it a point to attend seminars and continued learning education courses to maintain knowledge of recent case law, WCAB decisions, and best practices to stay at the forefront of the field and offer clients the latest advice and strategies.  Academic Background Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Touro College Los Angeles, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2017. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2020 from Southwestern Law School. During his time at Southwestern, Benjamin was a Dean’s Fellow, Managing Editor of Law Review, and a recipient of multiple academic scholarships Bar Admission State Bar of California  Affiliations Los Angeles County Bar Association Beverly Hills Bar Association San Fernando Valley Bar Association

M. ARIEL RAHIMI - CO-FOUNDER & CHAIR

ARIEL RAHIMI - CO-FOUNDER AND CHAIR Ariel is a founding partner of Rahimi & Israel Law. His professional experience has enabled him to zealously and successfully advocate for our clients in Business and Civil legal matters. Ariel’s strong understanding of business and corporate law came from his career in business and legal affairs at Warner Brother Studios. From there he went on to work at Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland LLP, where he became well versed in the intricacies of civil and appellate litigation, representing clients in claims of Probate, Breach of Contract, and Insurance. Ariel has earned himself a reputation for being a strong and understanding attorney who is capable of seeing a case from all angles, allowing him to attain the favorable outcome our clients deserve. Graduating among the top of his class, Ariel earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School where he served as Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Review.
